• Universal Precautions 
• All work in compliance with State and Federal Health regulations  
• Aseptic technique
• Sterilized, disposable, one-use needles and tubes
• Workstations with individual hand-washing sinks
• Autoclave sterilization with verified spore tests
• Professional materials
• Workstations sanitized with EPA registered disinfectant 
• Disposable barrier film used for machines, cords, etc.
• Artist uses/wears single-use disposable aprons, sleeves & nitrile gloves
• Sterile bandages for every Tattoo
• 'Care of' instructions (verbal and printed) along with complimentary lotion and mild soap for use during healing of tattoo.
• Studio is Health Department inspected and approved 

SHOP POLICIES 

*Note: Drawing fee (labor fee for custom design/stencil) is non-refundable. Drawings are for reference for work at Marks of the Spark and are held on file for three months. Drawings are property of Marks of the Spark Tattoos.

*Reference materials - Marks of the Spark Tattoos is not responsible for reference material(s) left past the 'drawing ready'  and/or appointment dates (as per signed client appt/drawing slips).

*Note: Appointment deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is usually applied toward the cost of the tattoo appointment but is forfeited for that use 1) if the client does not call (with minimum 24 hr notice) and reschedule to a new date that is within 3 mos of the original appointment date or 2) is a 'no call, no show'.

*One (1) Free touch-up provided for new tattoo work from Marks of the Spark Tattoo: if needed and if care-of instructions have been followed.  Free touch-up work must be scheduled and completed within 3-6 weeks of date of the original tattoo work.

All clients must be 18 + with current State photo ID (No exceptions).

*Note: All Gift certificates were used or past expiration date before the studio closed.

Marks of the Spark Tattoo is not responsible for circumstances affecting clients, the studio and/or choices made by clients that results in work not completed.

Note that info re: Retiring/closing was posted in advance via Marks of the Spark Tattoo website, social media, notices at the studio, via forms for clients, and via phone announcement.  Forms included:  Signed appointment / drawing forms, consent-waiver forms, as well as 'care of' and 'touch-up' forms.

* NOTE: Time frames for above were adjusted and coordinated with the retiring/ closing dates for the studio.
